The villa, a two-story cubic private property, that is bathed in light, with uninterrupted views of the sunset, the crystal sea of the blue Aegean and the Islands of Tinos & Delos, is located in Pouli, Ano Diakoftis, a very privileged area, only 3km from Mykonos town.

It is very close to Ornos, Platis Yialos, and Psarou beaches and to KORFOS Bay where a Kite-surfing facility exists.

Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery, and other supply stores are located at only a 3min drive.    There’s a bus transport from Corfos-Ornos which connects to the Chora and to all popular beaches. In Ornos also there is boat transport to all popular beaches.

The villa is built in a very privileged position offering a sea-water infinity-edged pool, fabulous verandas, and spacious terraces that overlook the sea. It is elegant decorated with special attention to detail and comfort.

The villa is 198 sq. meters and it is built in 2 levels, connected with indoor staircases.   It consists of a kitchen, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest house, and a private swimming pool.

 More specifically, on the upper level, there is a living room with a fireplace,  a dining room, both connected to a spacious veranda with a built-in seating area overlooking the sea,  a fully equipped kitchen as well as a double-bed bedroom and a bathroom.

On the lower level, there are 2 double-bed bedrooms with en-suite bathroom & 1 double-bed bedroom with a bathroom, a second living room all connected to a spacious outdoor area with an infinity view of the sea, with the swimming pool area, with sun loungers and with pergola covering dining & seating areas.  

The house is fully furnished, offering Satellite TV in every bedroom and in every living room, DVD, WI-FI. Every room is equipped with air-condition & safety box.

Note: The house holds an official certificate license by the Greek National Tourist Organization (EOT), for renting the villa. The EOT license confirms that the villa meets the standards of the Greek Tourist board providing all the necessary professional requirements for high hospitality and comfort to visitors all over the world.
