At a distance of 800 meters from the beach, the house boasts a breathtaking sea view, as well as the irreplaceable luxury of spending your holiday on one of the most picturesque and undiscovered islands of Greece.

Space
The stone island house, surrounded by a shaded garden area of 850m², is ideal both for a large group of friends, as well as families with and without children. Various levels and carefully planned space ensure that there is a maximum degree of privacy for guests residing in the different bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; both bedrooms have separate entrances from the rest of the house. Additionally, there is a spacious living room, a guest bathroom, and the main kitchen. Apart from the garden area, there is a lovely veranda outside the living room (accessed by external stairs). The garden is equipped with outdoor showers for a cool rinse after the beach, as well as a BBQ unit for great roasts under the Tinian sky.
Go down just a few steps and there is a second kitchen, complete with a dining room, a wonderful monastery table that can happily accommodate many diners, as well as storage space. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, and a big veranda with a sea view.

The house, decorated in a typical Cycladic color palette, but tending towards rustic minimalism, has wonderful light, large spaces, and a large variety of different areas to eat, lounge, and relax.
